The Erosfire team is happy to announce the launching of the new Erosfire website! With more interactive possibilities and a document system this website is up to date for Web 2.0.

After quite some time of testing and preparing the website, finally the light can be turned on 'green' for the launching of this new website. The website is a professional website with many feature for interactivity. As a so-called Content Management System (CMS) based on Joomla this website is an ideal solution for an ever-growing website.

Amongst the new-feature are a forum, intended as a way of communication between Erosfire people, but also open for discussion with 3rd party people from around the world interested in post-fire erosion studies. As the website is a Content Management System exchange of files and documents is possible.

As the Erosfire team is constantly changing of members and many people have worked for the Erosfire project a kind of Erosfire clan has grown. This website is also intended to keep in contact with former Erosfire members. Therefor a nice feature of taking care of your personal profile is included (like a small facebook, hi5, or hyves idea). This way all people can keep up with the Erosfire clan.
